I hope this was cancelled. I received verification that I would no longer be charged for this subscription. I sent multiple emails verifying I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED.
United StatesLove the box itself. Had some great things inside. Only thing was the delivery. It took 3 weeks to get here, it's the delivery company's fault but hopefully they do better this month.
United StatesVery disappointed. I ordered the January subscription box in December and had an issue with choosing the size. I reached out to customer service multiple times and several different methods to get that fixed and did not hear back until February. Needless to say I got a different box than what I wanted and didn’t really care for any of the items. At least my pup liked the toy that came in the box, but that was it.
